Juice ½ lemon

1 Tbsp olive or coconut oil

1 small avocado, sliced

1 cup steamed greens (spinach, kale, or moringa leaves)

Sea salt, pepper, chili flakes

Toasted seeds (pumpkin or sesame)
Directions

Toss warm millet with oil, lemon, and moringa.

Add greens + avocado.

Finish with seeds and a sprinkle of chili.
