Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked millet (or quinoa)

  • 1 tsp moringa powder

  • Juice ½ lemon

  • 1 Tbsp olive or coconut oil

  • 1 small avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup steamed greens (spinach, kale, or moringa leaves)

  • Sea salt, pepper, chili flakes

  • Toasted seeds (pumpkin or sesame)

Directions

  1. Toss warm millet with oil, lemon, and moringa.

  2. Add greens + avocado.

  3. Finish with seeds and a sprinkle of chili.
