🚚 Shipping Information:
We’re proud to ship our organic moringa products directly from our farm to your door.
✅ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
✅ Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL).
✅ International Shipping: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, UK, and select international locations.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Item must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused.
✅ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
To request a return, email us at support@moringaharvest.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving approved returns.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@moringaharvest.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or resolve it at no cost to you.
