A light, comforting broth inspired by Filipino tinola moringaโs warmth in a bowl.
Itโs my go-to reset meal: gingery, green, and grounding. Moringa brings calm energy while fresh lemon and papaya add brightness.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp moringa powder or small handful fresh moringa leaves

1 Tbsp coconut oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 thumb ginger, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

1 Tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce

1 cup green papaya or zucchini, sliced

Juice of ยฝ lemon or calamansi

Sea salt + pepper
Directions

Sautรฉ garlic, ginger, onion in coconut oil until fragrant.

Add broth + papaya; simmer until tender.

Remove from heat; stir in moringa (donโt boil).

Finish with lemon juice + a breath of gratitude.
