A light, comforting broth inspired by Filipino tinola moringaโ€™s warmth in a bowl.
Itโ€™s my go-to reset meal: gingery, green, and grounding. Moringa brings calm energy while fresh lemon and papaya add brightness.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp moringa powder or small handful fresh moringa leaves
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 thumb ginger, sliced

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce

  • 1 cup green papaya or zucchini, sliced

  • Juice of ยฝ lemon or calamansi

  • Sea salt + pepper

Directions

  1. Sautรฉ garlic, ginger, onion in coconut oil until fragrant.

  2. Add broth + papaya; simmer until tender.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in moringa (donโ€™t boil).

  4. Finish with lemon juice + a breath of gratitude.
